Spearfall Kullanım Şartları
Spearfall'u ("oyun") indirerek veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Oyun Arda Önal tarafından sunulur. Verilerinin nasıl kullanıldığı Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatılır.
1. Hesap
Oyun ilk açılışta senin için bir misafir hesap oluşturur. Hesap anahtarı cihazında saklanır; uygulamayı silersen veya cihaz verisini temizlersen hesabına bir daha erişemeyebilirsin. Hesabını istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil ile kalıcı olarak silebilirsin.
2. Davranış kuralları
- Sohbette küfür, hakaret, nefret söylemi, taciz, cinsel içerik, kendine zarar vermeye teşvik, spam ve kişisel bilgi (telefon, adres, sosyal medya) paylaşmak yasaktır. Mesajlar otomatik süzülür; kuralları çiğneyen oyuncu maç boyunca susturulabilir, şikâyetler sonucunda sohbeti geçici ya da kalıcı kapatılabilir. Yazılı sohbet 13 yaş ve üstü içindir.
- Hile, otomatik oynatma yazılımı, oyunu veya sunucuyu değiştirme, açık arama/istismar etme ve sunucuya saldırı yasaktır.
2a. Oyuncu adları (kullanıcı içeriği)
Oyunda başkalarının görebildiği tek kullanıcı içeriği oyuncu adıdır. Şu adlar yasaktır: hakaret, küfür, nefret söylemi veya ayrımcılık içeren; müstehcen, şiddeti ya da yasa dışı faaliyeti öven; başka bir kişiyi, Spearfall geliştiricisini, moderatörü veya resmi bir hesabı (ör. "Admin", "Destek", "Spearfall") taklit eden; kişisel bilgi (telefon, adres) içeren adlar.
- Uygunsuz adlar sunucuda otomatik süzülür; gözden kaçanı maç içinden bildirebilir ya da yalnız kendi cihazında engelleyebilirsin.
- Bildirimleri inceleriz (hedef: 24 saat içinde). Kurala aykırı bir adı uyarmadan değiştirebilir, sıfırlayabilir; tekrarlayan veya ağır ihlallerde hesabı kısıtlayabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
- Yanlış veya kötü niyetli bildirimler de kural ihlalidir.
- Kurallara uymayan hesapları uyarmadan kısıtlayabilir, sıfırlayabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
3. Oyun içi para ve öğeler
Altın, elmas, karakterler, Sezon Kartı ve diğer oyun içi öğeler yalnız oyunda kullanılabilen, devredilemeyen bir kullanım hakkıdır; gerçek para değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez, başka hesaba aktarılamaz. Oyun dengesi için fiyatları, ödülleri ve öğeleri değiştirebiliriz. Gerçek parayla yapılan satın almalarda ödemeler ve iadeler Apple App Store / Google Play kurallarına tabidir; yasal haklarına dokunulmaz.
3a. VIP aboneliği
SPEARFALL VIP, aylık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir; içeriği (günlük elmas, ek günlük görev, VIP çerçevesi ve izi, maç sonu altınına ek, ödüllü reklamı izlemeden ödül) satın alma ekranında gösterilir ve oyunda güç avantajı vermez. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığında App Store / Google Play hesabından alınır. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen abonelik aynı fiyatla yenilenir. İptal; iPhone'da Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler, Android'de Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler bölümünden yapılır ve o anki dönemin sonunda geçerli olur. Abonelik bitince VIP çerçevesi ve izi kullanılamaz; dönem içinde alınan elmas ve altın hesabında kalır. Oyun hesabını silmek mağazadaki aboneliği iptal etmez.
4. Online oyun ve botlar
Oyun çalışmak için internet bağlantısı ve sunucularımız gerektirir. Oyuncu az olduğunda maçlarda bilgisayar kontrollü oyuncular (botlar) yer alabilir. Bakım, güncelleme veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle oyun geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir; oyunu ileride kapatabiliriz (önceden duyurmaya çalışırız).
5. Fikri mülkiyet
Oyun, karakterleri, görselleri, sesleri ve kodu Arda Önal'a veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla oynaman için sınırlı, devredilemez bir lisans verilir.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal hakları kısıtlamaz.
7. Değişiklikler, hukuk ve iletişim
Bu şartları değiştirebiliriz; güncel tarih bu sayfada yazar, önemli değişiklikler oyunda duyurulur. Şartlar Türkiye hukukuna tabidir; bulunduğun ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır. İletişim: spearfallgame@gmail.com
Spearfall Terms of Use
By downloading or playing Spearfall ("the game") you agree to these terms. The game is provided by Arda Önal. How your data is used is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Account
The game creates a guest account for you on first launch. The account key is stored on your device; if you delete the app or clear its data you may lose access to the account. You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account.
2. Rules of conduct
- In chat, profanity, insults, hate speech, harassment, sexual content, encouraging self-harm, spam and sharing personal information (phone, address, social media) are prohibited. Messages are filtered automatically; players who break the rules can be muted for the match and, after reports, have chat suspended temporarily or permanently. Text chat is for ages 13 and over.
- Cheating, bots/automation, modifying the game or server, exploiting bugs and attacking the server are prohibited.
2a. Player names (user content)
The only user content other players can see is your player name. The following names are prohibited: names containing insults, profanity, hate speech or discrimination; obscene names or names glorifying violence or illegal activity; names impersonating another person, the Spearfall developer, a moderator or an official account (e.g. "Admin", "Support", "Spearfall"); names containing personal information (phone, address).
- Inappropriate names are filtered automatically on the server; you can report one that slips through from within a match, or block it on your own device only.
- We review reports (target: within 24 hours). We may change or reset a name that breaks these rules without notice, and restrict or close accounts for repeated or serious violations.
- False or abusive reports are also a violation.
- We may restrict, reset or close accounts that break these rules without notice.
3. Virtual currency and items
Gold, gems, characters, the Season Pass and other in-game items are a limited, non-transferable license usable only in the game; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another account. We may change prices, rewards and items to balance the game. For real-money purchases, payments and refunds are governed by the Apple App Store / Google Play rules; your statutory rights are not affected.
3a. VIP subscription
SPEARFALL VIP is a monthly auto-renewing subscription; its contents (daily gems, an extra daily quest, VIP frame and trail, bonus match gold, rewarded-ad rewards without watching) are shown on the purchase screen and give no gameplay advantage. Payment is charged to your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. When the subscription ends the VIP frame and trail are no longer available; gems and gold received during the period stay on your account. Deleting your game account does not cancel the store subscription.
4. Online play and bots
The game requires an internet connection and our servers. When few players are online, matches may include computer-controlled players (bots). The game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues, and we may discontinue it in the future (we will try to announce this in advance).
5. Intellectual property
The game, its characters, art, sounds and code belong to Arda Önal or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free and are not liable for indirect damages. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms; the current date is shown on this page and significant changes are announced in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected. Contact: spearfallgame@gmail.com
